Fountaine Pajot TANNA 47

In keeping with tradition, this new model of Fountaine Pajot sailing catamaran is named after an island. This time, it's the island of Tanna in the Pacific, in the Vanuatu archipelago.

The TANNA 47 succeeds the Saona 47

However, strongly inspired by the suggestions of Fountaine Pajot owners, the shipyard's R&D department worked hard to come up with a number of structural changes and layout details for the Saona 47: it was decided to create the brand new TANNA 47 model.

Iconic inverted bows for improved performance and a dynamic look.
Relaxation areas throughout the boat.
Integrated platform.
Plancha fully integrated into the cockpit, now standard on catamarans of this size.
One of the largest owner's cabins of any catamaran of this size, with 3 main areas: sleeping area with queen-size bed, laundry area with plenty of storage space, and spacious bathroom with separate toilet.
The Quintet version is very popular with charterers, as catamarans of this size almost never offer this option.

Innovations in the TANNA 47

• FLYBRIDGE
  An even bigger seating area of 7m², that's 40% more! It comfortably seats at least 10 people.
• SOLAR PANELS INTEGRATED
  Fountaine Pajot is banking on renewable energy. Practical for ocean cruising: you can choose between the 800 Watts or 1,700 Watts options to suit your needs.
• BAR POST IMPROVED
  As in all Fountaine Pajot catamaran models, the helm station is located between the flybridge and the cockpit, allowing easy movement and communication. The autopilot is now located to the right of the helm, for even greater accessibility.
  The fittings have been carefully revised and now include Lewmar ball-bearing blocks as standard, as well as Lewmar mainsail travellers. The genoa sheet tracks are almost twice as long.
• A MORE ERGONOMIC LOUNGE
  • A USB socket has been added to the sofa for recharging your tablet while consulting, and the sliding doors now offer a 2m opening onto the cockpit - 20% more than the Saona - providing even more light and visibility in the cabin.
  • The kitchen has gained an enormous amount of space with the removal of the central island in favour of a fridge placed to the side of the sofa. The result is more storage space in the kitchen.
  • The chart table has therefore been moved towards the entrance. This configuration, already present on previous models, allows faster consultation from the outside too, and places the instruments at eye level while standing upright.
