Succeeding FP 41 announced in autumn 2024, this model, announced in mid-January 2025 by the shipyard, offers more living space, greater independence and an optimised design to make the most of the sea.

A perfect balance between performance and comfort

Embodying Fountaine Pajot's signature aesthetic codes, the FP 44 has clean lines and a new, optimised bow. It has a generous sails including :

• Mainsail 78 m² in size
• Genoa 45 m² in size
• Gennaker 130 m² (optional)

Internal combustion or hybrid engine and extended range

To meet the needs of modern sailors, Fountaine Pajot offers this catamaran in :

• Thermal version 2 30 hp engines (45 hp option) with a fuel capacity of 700 litres for long crossings.
• Hybrid version (Odyssey Plus pack) 2 x 25 kW electric motors powered by 24 kWh batteries, with an additional diesel generator for optimum range.

On the freshwater side, two 300 litres each guarantee extended autonomy.

FP 44 Maestro or Quartet configurations

Le New 44 is available in two configurations to suit your specific needs:

• Maestro version (3 cabins) :
  A spacious owner's cabin with 15 m² with en-suite shower rooms, an optional desk or chest of drawers, and two double cabins to starboard with en-suite shower rooms. A multi-use space in the port bow offers bunk beds, and can easily be converted into a small workshop to suit your needs. 
• Version Quatuor (4 cabins) :
  Two symmetrical hulls, each with two double cabins with en suite bathrooms, perfect for large families or charter. An optional skipper's cabin is also available.

Energy autonomy and ecological innovation

L'energy efficiency is at the heart of the FP 44's design, with :

• 2,000 watts of solar panels integrated into the coachroof, providing ample electric power on board.
• Optional extra, 2 additional 150 W solar panels in place of the trampoline, bringing total capacity to 2 300 WThis means that your boat will be more autonomous and environmentally friendly.
